This is my new dress. Coppelia made it. I don’t own any other clothing with a paisley pattern, this is  my first, I think. I might of as a kid had a few pieces back in the 80’s, but all I can remember from that time is my Minnie Mouse oversize dress t-shirt and my Madonna bangles. Hello! I really like this dress, I love the simple cut and the colour and the designer. She really is my most favourite local. What do you guys think – Paisley yes or no? Yes.

my friend gina is having a secret santa dinner at her house tonight. all the girls have to wear dresses, so i thought i would take my horse dress out for a spin. it’s one of my most favourite things that i have bought from coppelia, who is by the way, one of the best designers in south africa. i wish she lived in my cupboard and made me stuff all the time. i know that’s weird, but i’m not kidding, i do wish that. if i ever win the lotto, she’s the first thing i’m going to buy for my new castle.

anyway….i’ve just finished wrapping the presents shane and i are taking. i’ll let you know what i get. ooooh i love me some presssssents.

i bought this dress at 5:37 yesterday afternoon. i loved it the second i saw it, but my credit card is sad because it paid for it. i know i shouldn’t have bought it but i did and then my credit card up and left me, without a word. so no more free money for the next week. aaaaaaaaaaaaa. maybe it’s a good thing. maybe.
